Pacific Automation have been instrumental players in supplying electrical and automation products, solutions and support to industries across Australia. It’s been our privilege to aid them in incorporating the Zoho DRM into their business by comprehensively integrating their SAP B1 ERP. This was a big project, and it required handling high data volumes, including partner accounts, customer contacts, orders, quotes, products, warehouse inventory and more.
We built a ground-up custom connector designed to handle the complexity and scale of Pacific Automation’s needs. Key features of the integration include:
- Automated Data Sync: Seamless one-way synchronisation from SAP to Zoho, ensuring that the CRM always has up-to-date information, with no manual intervention required.
- Preserved Relationships: SAP data is sent to Zoho with relationships intact, e.g. invoices are linked to orders, which are linked to quotes, providing the CRM a secure and holistic view.
- Scalability: The integration manages tens of thousands of records efficiently, respecting both SAP and Zoho performance limits.
- Ease of Use: By providing read-only access to SAP data in Zoho, our integration simplifies operations and empowers Pacific Automation staff to focus on delivering exceptional service.
The integration has transformed how Pacific Automation operates. Sales reps now have a unified, read-only view of company accounts, quotes, invoices, inventory, and pricing—all accessible on the go.
