BigCommerce integration with MYOB AR for Dental Supplier AHP
The Challenge
AHP Dental & Medical is a leading supplier of dental and medical equipment, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. They recently launched a new BigCommerce/BundleB2B website to expand their online presence and make it easier for their customers to order products online. However, they required an integration with MYOB Accountright Live for their new website, which they achieved with the help of MyIntegrator.
The Solution
To comply with AHP’s needs and wishes, MyIntegrator thought of an integration solution that helps streamline the flow of data between BigCommerce and MYOB AR. We integrated the website with several B2B solutions including orders, payments, products and inventory. The order solution included an order integration with Proactis. This integration allows Proactis to send BUPA orders in files, to be synced to MYOB AR. After syncing, these orders will be automatically created as an order in MYOB. Additionally to the order integration, we added an order module. This module allows customers to view their current orders, which provides them with greater transparency and control over the ordering process. To make sure customers can view and download all their MYOB invoices as PDF, we added the invoice module. Outstanding invoices can be paid online with the payments module. The final module we added is the reconciliation module. This module automatically reconciles payments back to MYOB, which improves the accuracy of the accounting process and eliminates errors caused by manual entry.
To ensure that AHP Dental & Medical can offer wholesale pricing options to their customers, we implemented a wholesale B2B strategy that takes into account price levels based on bulk orders, quantity breaks, and customer class. By doing so, AHP Dental & Medical can provide their customers with discounts on larger orders, incentivizing them to purchase more products and ultimately increasing their revenue.
To enhance the customer experience, we have implemented our Company Switcher app that facilitates seamless switching between multiple accounts. Additionally, we have installed our Purchase Order app to further enhance user-friendliness. This app enables certain B2B customers to conveniently place orders on credit.
