Optimising ATDEC's B2B Operations

THE CHALLENGE

ATDEC, the global leader in premium monitor mounting solutions, wanted to enhance their eCommerce capabilities to better support a growing B2B customer base. They decided to migrate to BigCommerce, and take advantage of its B2B features in order to improve efficiency and scalability. However, in order to complete the move seamlessly, they’d need to integrate the eCommerce platform with their MYOB EXO ERP and Mintsoft WMS, and use data synching to avoid inconsistencies in stock levels, order fulfilment, and pricing.

Adding to the complexity was the fact that ATDEC operates in markets across the globe, in regions with completely different pricing structures, regulations, and measures. Therefore, any integration needed to ensure region-specific pricing accuracy while still maintaining an automated workflow.

To address these challenges, ATDEC partnered with MyIntegrator and VML to develop a fully automated integration between BigCommerce, MYOB EXO ERP, and Mintsoft WMS.

THE SOLUTION

The MyIntegrator team set out to not only address immediate pain points but also provided a scalable foundation for future growth.

Our integration automated ATDEC’s order processing through a seamless sync that sends sales and payment data from BigCommerce into MYOB EXO. Inventory management was also transformed, with real-time stock synching between MYOB EXO, Mintsoft WMS, and BigCommerce, enabling accurate availability data across all sales channels.

Customers were also integrated between the platforms, including tailored B2B pricing. By synching price policies from MYOB EXO into BigCommerce, ATDEC customers can log on and view products at personalised price levels immediately, without manual intervention.

To adapt to cross-regional complexities, we implemented automated pricing updates on a per-region basis. Each regional storefront receives accurate retail and wholesale pricing for its market, ensuring compliance with regional tax and pricing structures. Additionally, unit and weight measures are converted and standardised automatically to adapt product information for each international sales channel.
