THE CHALLENGE

Howards Storage World, a leading retailer specialising in innovative home storage and organisation solutions, was looking for a way to unify customer data and enhance marketing automation across their different purchasing platforms, including BigCommerce and LS Central POS. Klaviyo offered a tantalising solution, however, it seemed almost impossible to manually input and manage all of their business data. Luckily, MyIntegrator was there to help. Through integration and automation, we set out to help HSW connect up the CRM with their POS and eCommerce business platforms, and synchronise data to achieve efficient customer segmentation, automated marketing campaigns, and seamless transaction tracking in Klaviyo.

THE SOLUTION

Our integration ensures seamless communication between platforms, keeping customer data up-to-date across all touchpoints. With two-way sync, any customer updates in LS Central automatically reflect in BigCommerce, reducing manual data entry and errors. This integration then extends to Klaviyo, syncing customer details and custom properties like Date of Birth, enabling personalised flows and marketing campaigns.

We enhanced Howards Storage World’s coupon and reward tracking system. Coupons from LS Central sync to Klaviyo as events, boosting redemption rates through notifications and reminders. HSW Points are also synced, allowing customers to track their rewards and receive timely notifications, encouraging repeat purchases.

Our solution integrates BigCommerce transactions into Klaviyo, providing valuable insights. This allows Howards Storage World to categorise customers based on purchase history and create targeted marketing campaigns. Real-time transaction data enables intelligent reminders, personalised offers, and recommendations, improving customer engagement and maximising sales. These integrations streamline backend operations and enhance the customer experience through data-driven marketing strategies.
