The Challenge
Consolidation and Condensation
Having recently migrated their ERP operations to Pronto, esteemed Australian dairy producers Riverina Fresh were looking to consolidate all their payments, accounts and delivery processing in that single platform. However, much of their order handling is also done in their Ordermentum system, and so the migration resulted in a proliferation of copy-paste procedure and error risk, as data needed to be copied by-hand between Pronto and Ordermentum; MyIntegrator was brought in to resolve this, and make their operations safer, easier and faster.
The Solution
Long Shelf Life
The fundamental feature of this integration was data mirroring: when data is changed in one platform, an automated workflow makes sure that the update is reflected in all the other parts of the system. So, orders created in Ordermentum are automatically pushed to Pronto, and updated are synced between the two platforms. So payments in Pronto are reflected in Ordermentum, and paid Ordermentum orders have invoices generated in Pronto. In this way, all of the potential pitfalls of manual data entry are eliminated, and it’s easy for Riverina Fresh staff to use their accounting software.
