THE CHALLENGE
Super Pharmacy Plus are leading sellers of pharmaceuticals, operating across Australia. They were in a period of rapid growth after beginning to sell mobility products on the NDIS NED (National Equipment Database) platform, and their team was being overwhelmed with huge order volumes. The manual process of entering orders into BigCommerce from NED was tough work, and updating statuses, tracking through the contract portal, and rectifying errors was nearly a full-time workload! To top it off, demand was still growing, so SPP felt they needed to transform their processes or risk delays and data inaccuracies. MyIntegrator was brought in to automate operations between BigCommerce and NED, and power up the online efficiency of Super Pharmacy Plus!
THE SOLUTION
We built Super Pharmacy Plus an advanced order automation and orchestration system by fully integrating BigCommerce and NED. Our solution automatically syncs orders and inventory between the two platforms to keep stock data consistent, up-to-date, and accurate, whilst our advanced automation process streamlines sales processing. This system send orders placed on NED to BigCommerce completely automatically, and once an order is created in BigCommerce it’s also marked as processing in NED. In this way, both platforms are kept on the same page. Then, after a shipment is processed, tracking details are manually added to BigCommerce and the order status in NED is updated to “completed.” What’s more, our integration also automates the creation of NED shipments, minimising the need for manual intervention. This solution maxes out efficiency whilst also allowing Super Pharmacy Plus to scale their selling without needing additional resources.
