The Australian experts in Tonneau manufacturing & accessories, Tuff Tonneau, were experiencing a surging business across their online platforms, however the complex process of tracking orders across their different storefronts, processing them in AccountRight Enterprise, setting shipping in Shippit, and then linking them to factory and warehouse operations, was growing to complex to bear. MyIntegrator was brought in to totally unify and end-to-end automate Tuff Tonneau’s order processing; no small task, because they have 5 eBay storefronts and 2 Shopify stores!

All of our integrations come with a personal control dashboard, but for this one, we built a dashboard of dashboards! For each individual storefront, Tuff Tonneaus can schedule and control the sync of orders from eBay or Shopify into AccountRight, and the automatic generation of shipping in Shippit. The order integration includes a BOM build process, barcode generation and payment reconciliation, whilst the shipping creation draws from dynamic ship-table rules set in the dashboard, with advanced tracking and label generation options.

In addition to the central dashboard, a unique app was built for Tuff Tonneaus for use in preparing and packaging orders. Employees can scan or search barcodes to obtain manufacturing and packing instructions, along with a generated pick-slip. Finally, customers themselves will be automatically sent an email with detailed instructions on how to fit and use their ordered products.
