Backend Klaviyo Integration: MYOB Advanced for Florabelle

Did you know that Klaviyo can be integrated with backend ERP systems? We’ve recently just launched such an integration for Florabelle Living!

Florabelle is a premium B2B wholesaler of homeware, furniture and interior décor, who distribute their award-winning products across a network that spans Australia. In order to upgrade their customer outreach with a CRM integration, MyIntegrator has connected their MYOB Advanced ERP to their Klaviyo account.

This integration is a full flow of MYOB customer accounts into Klaviyo, regularly syncing core customer details, along with data such as customer state, status and recent transaction dates! These MYOB fields as created are properties in Klaviyo, so the integration can feed into Klaviyo flows and automations, with specific emails automatically triggering based on details such as customer location. We’ve automated away the most tedious manual transfer tasks, and given Florabelle a powerful upgrade to their CRM outfitting Klaviyo with all the data it needs, completely automatically!
